Welcome to our FAQ/Shipping page! Here you will find important information about our shipping process and policies. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers, and we want to ensure you are well-informed about how we handle deliveries.

Order Processing Time

Our main goal is to ship out orders within 3 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed. We work diligently to process orders efficiently and accurately to get your stylish sunglasses to you as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping Offer

We are pleased to offer free shipping within the United States on orders that are $15.00 or more. This is our way of showing appreciation to our customers and making shopping with us even more convenient and affordable.  


Who is the shipping courier? We currently ship through USPS.


What is your return policy? We offer a 7 day return policy on our products. If you do not like them or just prefer to exchange them for something of the same value, please repackage them and provide us with a photo of the product prior to shipping it back. Once we have received and inspected the product we will issue a refund if the product has not been damaged, minus any additional fees that may apply. Customers are responsible for shipping and packaging return costs. 

What happens if l recieve my order and there are damages? If you recieve any products that are damaged during shipping please provide us with a photo of the damages within 24hrs of receiving your shipment so that we can asses  the issue and determine what needs to be done to rectafy it. It is important to do this within the 24 hour period because anytime after lessens the chance of a possible refund, if it is reported after 24 hours we will handle this on a case by case basis. 

What if my tracking order says my package was delivered but it goes to the wrong address? If your package shows to be delivered to the address you entered and it didn't show up you will need to check with your neighbors, sometimes the postal service mis delivers packages. If your neighbors do not have your package you will need to contact your local postal carrier service and report it and file a claim with them. We do not have control of the delivery after it has been shipped and shows a confirmation. 

What if l accidentally put the wrong address for delivery? Unfortunately we are not responsible for inaccurate address entries. We ask that you double/triple check the address you entered for the shipment to go to before finalizing your order. We do not offer refunds for this. 

Payment methods: We currently accept PayPal and major credit cards on our website.
